These Terms of Service (“Agreement/Terms”) are executed between the-
Pacewin Solutions Private Limited (Company) working with a brand name of ‘Offever’ AND Customers using the services on the portal of ‘Offever’
The second party agrees to the conditions of this agreement as a pre-condition of trading on the portal with the customers. The Company reserves the right to change or update the terms from time to time. These Terms do not alter or limit in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement the user might have with the Company. The terms and conditions are as follows-
The login segment for the user is given on the portal separately wherein the user has to enter its name, email id, mobile no. along with few other extra information and the user is expected to be beyond the age of 18 (eighteen) years to comply with the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
You being the customer agrees that ‘Offever’ is only providing discount codes and offers to bring best deals on the table of customers and is personally not dealing in products therefore, ‘Offever’ in no circumstances shall be held responsible for any wrong delivery of products or/and any defect in the products or/and food adulteration, etc. or any consequences arising from all the points mentioned above.
The merchant shall be held accountable if the customer faces any problem with the product sold by the merchant through ‘Offever’.
The customer has to make all the payments directly to the merchant with whom you finalise to deal with.
In case of any forgery/ fraud/ default, ‘offever’ shall not be held responsible.
The user is expected to check the credibility of the merchant before making a payment.
If the customer breaches any of the provisions of this agreement, he or she will be liable to pay penalty as per the guidelines of ‘Offever’. Moreover, in case of such a breach by customer, this agreement will become void further in terms of customers’ rights.
(a) The user should check with the merchant about the consequences before cancelling any product which was booked by the user.
(b) The mode and time of delivery of the product ordered shall be decided by the merchant so the user is expected to coordinate with the merchant regarding the deliveries of such products.
(c) The user will get the offer codes from ‘Offever’ for getting the products at best prices.
Such offer codes are to be shown to the merchant to avail any such offer code. Each offer code can be used only once and for more offer codes the customer must login the ‘Offever’ portal again.
(d) The user agrees that their mobile number and email id’s can be used for marketing and campaign of products and offers by ‘Offever’.
(e) In case of any conflicts/ disputes between the merchant and the user of products, ‘Offever’ will never be a party to it.
